Chief Officer Level

A twelve month engagement, with a totally flexible format that enables coach and leader to address strategic as well as personal leadership agendas. At this level the ability to respond to changing pace and demands through the year is a valued benefit.

Senior Leader Level

A twelve month engagement, with a repeating monthly session that follows a structured coaching framework, supporting personal transformation and leadership development in service to desired outcomes defined at the outset of the coaching journey.

Rapid Stabilisation - any level

Shorter term, monthly contracts for individual leaders at moments of significant challenge where a high level of short term support is wanted in service to regaining balance, confidence and control.

Team workshops with specific outcomes designed for your team, tailored to your team contexts. Usually delivered as 3 hour sessions.

The RESILIENCE Workshop

Resilience is key for individual and organisational success. At it’s heart, it’s the product of being able to stay on purpose with yourself amid the ever shifting and often intense demands that exist across all domains in your world. Rather than dictating universal ‘good behaviours’ (which tend to only add pressure), we use this session to improve participants’ ability to quickly review what’s in their world, what’s important for them, and which dials they can adjust to release pressure and stay on track. The output is to deliver actionable steps that will create immediate improvements to wellbeing, as well as the improved ‘response-ability’ that enables enduring capacity to stay on purpose as work and life circumstances change.

The PRODUCTIVITY workshop

There’s infinite work, everything is urgent and it will never all get done. Amid this intensity of work, how can teams improve their ability to focus on what’s important and avoid the diminishing returns of overwhelm? In this session we fundamentally reframe the team’s approach to work, creating important value distinctions between the kinds of work your team engages with and developing an agreed playbook for how and when to prioritise different categories of work. Participants also explore where bottlenecks occur, how unnecessary added pressure can be reduced and how to better own and distribute work among the team. The output is immediate relief, renewed enthusiasm and cohesion, empowered individual and group ownership, and ongoing bottom line returns as a more effective, sustainable work rate is instigated.

The PURPOSE Workshop

Purpose is the prior condition for individual engagement, team enthusiasm and business momentum. Organisations will sometimes confuse Mission and Purpose and attempt to layer purpose onto their teams, where in fact Purpose resides in each individual as a deeply held personal agenda. In this session we create an opportunity for individuals to consider personal Purpose and reflect on how this intersects with both team and organisational Mission. The output is increased joy in work, including the greater motivation, inspiration and cohesion that propels individual and team impact through the business.

All workshops are highly interactive and intentionally designed to promote positive team dynamics.

Transformational programmes delivered at scale by utilising a hybrid format of pre-recorded, pre-packaged online delivery interwoven with optional facilitated large group coaching. Tailored in partnership with client organisations to serve specific organisational needs and desired outcomes.
